User Data Deletion
Disconnect a platform immediately or request deletion of Creator Engine account and authorized social data.

Disconnect a social account
Approved creators can open Creator Dashboard → Connect Your Platforms and select Disconnect. This revokes or removes the local connection where the provider supports revocation, deletes stored access and refresh tokens, stops future synchronization, and removes active imported provider data. Manual values you entered separately remain editable until you remove them.
Request full deletion
Use the secure controls below while signed in, or email the privacy contact with the email address associated with your account. We may verify identity before deleting account data. Requests are handled promptly, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, payment, dispute, or contractual obligations.
Delete connected social data
Sign in to disconnect every social account and permanently remove imported tokens, profiles, metrics, content, and history.
Meta and Instagram deletion requests
When Meta sends a signed data-deletion request to Creator Engine, the callback validates the signature, deletes the matching Instagram connection and imported data, and returns a status URL and confirmation code. You can enter or open that confirmation code on this page to review status.
Deauthorization
Removing RevenueValve Creator Engine from a connected platform may trigger its deauthorization callback. Creator Engine removes the associated connection and stops future imports.
