These terms govern access to RevenueValve Creator Engine, creator profiles, connected-platform reporting, content tools, and campaign services.
Last updated: June 21, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Creator Engine, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Creator Engine for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. Creator accounts may require RevenueValve approval. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for obtaining any permissions needed for content or social accounts you connect.
3. Connected platforms
Platform connections are optional and use provider OAuth authorization. You remain responsible for complying with YouTube, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, X, and other applicable platform terms. API access, scopes, metrics, rate limits, and availability are controlled by those providers and can change. Creator Engine will not invent unavailable platform data.
4. Creator content and license
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RevenueValve a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, format, analyze, and distribute submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate Creator Engine, present your approved profile, perform campaign services, and exercise separately agreed usage rights. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for uploaded content.
5. Campaigns, rates, and payments
Campaign scope, compensation, usage rights, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines may be governed by a separate agreement. Dashboard amounts are records and estimates unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Creator Engine does not guarantee campaign selection, revenue, audience growth, or particular performance.
6. Acceptable use
You may not violate law or third-party rights; upload malicious code; misrepresent identity, metrics, rights, or campaign results; scrape or bypass access controls; interfere with the service; use another person’s platform account without authorization; or use Creator Engine to distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material.
7. Reviews and public profiles
Profile information and permitted performance summaries may be shown publicly. Certain rates, reviews, or business information may be limited to verified brand accounts. You are responsible for manual information you publish. RevenueValve may correct formatting, remove unsafe content, or suspend inaccurate or abusive profiles.
8. Intellectual property
Creator Engine software, branding, layouts, and original platform materials are owned by RevenueValve or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Creator Engine and disconnect platforms at any time. RevenueValve may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, legal obligation, platform requirement, nonpayment, or material harm. Terms that by nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimers
Creator Engine is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Third-party API data may be delayed, incomplete, changed, or unavailable. RevenueValve disclaims warranties that cannot reasonably be made for external platform services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevenueValve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from Creator Engine or third-party platforms. Any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify RevenueValve from claims arising from your content, account misuse, campaign obligations, rights violations, or breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will publish the current date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted. Questions: RevenueValve
